Texture & Print – Fashionista Meets Colour

The thought of going anywhere near a coloured garment has always been a weakness of mine during shopping expeditions. I normally venture towards black or ‘safe’ items never stepping too far out of my fashion comfort zone. But after taking the Personal Stylist Course by Colour Me Beautiful, my eyes have been opened to a whole host of wonderful possibilities!

Most women make the common mistake of resorting back to black when stuck for colour inspiration but think of all the wonderful hues out there just waiting to enhance not only your wardrobe but your confidence too. The new Colour Me Beautiful book is filled with expert knowledge to ensure you look good on the outside and feel good on the inside. It will help you to make the most of your gorgeous shape by wearing the best colour and style of clothes for you so is well worth the read.

Learning that I can wear soft, muted shades has made shopping a whole lot more exciting and I’ve found I’ve been trying on, and purchasing, pieces that a few months ago I wouldn’t have even considered for myself. Colour no longer intimidates me and I’m now eager to update my wardrobe ready for spring!
